Functional description of infrared anti-air burning controller for commercial stoves

This controller is used on commercial gas stoves, which can realize infrared control.

Controller working process: Turn on the power switch, the controller starts to ignite, and the solenoid valve is opened at the same time. After 12 seconds, the ignition stops and enters the burning state. At this time, the pot sensor composed of the infrared emitting head and the receiving head detects whether there is a pot on the stove, such as If the infrared light is blocked, it means there is a pot and keep the burning state, otherwise, the gas solenoid valve is closed and the flame goes out to prevent empty burning. After that, monitor the pots and utensils at any time, if there is a pot burning, no pot is extinguished. Controller installation instructions

1. Determine the installation position of the control box according to the length of the lead wire. It is recommended to install it on the iron frame behind the furnace front plate, avoiding the high temperature area as much as possible.

2. Install the gas solenoid valve horizontally and keep the solenoid valve away from the high temperature area.

3. Ignition needle installation method: double needle ignition inter-ignition in the double needle furnace, installed near the air outlet. Controller related connection:

1. When the power cord is connected to a 220V AC power supply, a power switch should be set to start or stop work, and to turn off the power when not in use.

2. The ignition wire is connected to the ignition needle for ignition. It is recommended to use dual-pointing type for the ignition needle, which is most beneficial to the stable operation of the controller. For example, the use of single-pointed burner ignition will increase the probability of the controller's work being disturbed, so we do not encourage it. When the customer must use it, be sure to reliably ground one of the high-voltage lines.

3. An external 24V gas solenoid valve is connected to the solenoid valve line to control the general gas path of the stove.

4. The two-core waterproof plug connects to the infrared transmitter.

5. Connect the four-core waterproof plug to the infrared receiver.

6. In view of the harsh working environment of commercial stoves, in order to ensure the long-term and reliable operation of the controller, it is strongly recommended to take the waterproof and anti-fouling work of each wire connector seriously. After the debugging is completed, the exposed wires and connectors use winding tubes, plastic wrap, Insulating tape, etc. shall be tightly wound.

Installation instructions for transmitter and receiver:

1. First, open a Φ20mm hole at the left side of the front beam of the furnace, 6-10cm away from the edge. After the middle hole of the base is aligned with the opened hole, open the hole for fixing the base, and fix the base of the transmitter with the pull nail. Insert the transmitter head into the hole, adjust the direction and fix the transmitter head with screws.

2. Drill holes according to the shape of the transmitter and fix the base of the transmitter with pull studs;

3. Fix the receiving head on the back plate. Different furnace racks have different fixed positions. Generally, install it according to the following method;

a. Avoid the high temperature area at the exhaust vent and the high temperature area at the back of the stove;

b. The light path connection between the transmitter head and the receiver head passes through the center point area of the furnace

c. The light path connection between the transmitter head and the receiver head cannot be blocked by the height of the furnace, and the nearest distance is 1-2cm higher than the furnace;

d. The pot is placed on the pot holder and does not block the light path connection between the transmitter head and the receiving head; at this time, the light path connection should be 2~4CM in front of the pot.

4. Open the Φ20mm hole on the back plate according to the selected position. After the middle hole of the base is aligned with the opened hole, open the hole to fix the base, fix the base of the receiving head with the pull nail, insert the receiving head into the hole, and adjust it. Use screws to fix the receiving head in the direction.

5. If two sets of controllers are installed on the double-head stove frame, the left and right sides should be installed symmetrically. The two receiving heads are in the middle, and the two transmitting heads are on the sides.

The debugging instructions of the transmitting head and receiving head:

1. After installing all components, power on and debug. Infrared beam debugging:

A. The small eye in the upper part of the aluminum infrared component is the transmitter head. Its function is to emit a beam of infrared light invisible to our naked eyes to detect whether there is a pot on the stove. When there is a pot, the light will be blocked and the receiving head will not be able to receive it. Otherwise, an infrared signal will be received. This infrared is “modulated” and will not be confused with other infrared rays in the environment. The receiving head will clearly “filter” this effective signal to realize the correct judgment of the existence of the pot.

B. The glass window on the side of the aluminum infrared component is the receiving head with built-in infrared receiving element and status indicator. The light is always on to indicate that the correct infrared signal is received, indicating that the infrared light is not blocked, and the direction of emission and reception is basically Normal, in the effective range. On the contrary, the flashing light indicates that no infrared signal is received, indicating that the infrared light is blocked or emitted by the pot, and the receiving direction is not within the effective range.

C. Adjust the transmitter to make the transmitter emit in the direction of the receiver. At this time, the infrared transmitter is blocked, and the red light of the receiver flashes, indicating that the receiver controller is ignited and the solenoid valve is turned on. When it is removed, the receiver will be red. Always bright.

Precautions for installation of infrared anti-aircraft burning controller:

1. The installer must have the qualification for electrician installation.

2. The rated input voltage of this controller is 220V 50HZ, and a qualified leakage circuit breaker must be installed at the front end of the power supply. The metal shell of the cooker must be protected by the ground wire, and it is strictly forbidden to connect the zero wire to the metal shell!

3. The control switch on the panel should be a bipolar power switch no less than 5A/250V, and the igniter power cord should be connected to the power switch.

4. The controller can be fixed or hung in the lower space of the stove, and high temperature radiation baking should be avoided.

5. The high-voltage wire is connected to the ignition needle. It is recommended to use the dual-point ignition method. The discharge distance of the ignition needle: 3-5mm. Try not to use the single-point burner discharge method. If only one high-voltage wire is connected to the ignition needle, the other high-voltage wire must be reliably connected to the burner. On the metal body, it is not convenient to connect it to the metal shell of the cooker nearby, which will cause many difficult problems!

6. The length of the high-voltage line should be long enough and shortest. It is better to separate the two lines by more than 3 cm and run the line in the air to maintain a certain drooping arc to facilitate the dripping of oil. The high-voltage wires cannot be extended, and the wires are not allowed to be close to the iron frame and iron plate of the stove body. Do not add any kinds of casings. Never use two high-voltage wires twisted together to avoid high-frequency and high-voltage leakage.

7. When energized or ventilated, operators or other personnel are strictly prohibited from using their heads or other body parts to approach the furnace head or block the light path to avoid fire and burns. When it is necessary to check for ignition, the fan must be turned on; the air source must be turned off.

8. Under working conditions, it is strictly forbidden to place other objects in the light path, so as not to block the light path and cause fire out of control.

9. In order to better experience the performance of this product, please clean the transmitter and receiver regularly with a soft object such as a sponge.

10. When cleaning the stove, please cover the transmitter of the receiver with something to prevent hard objects from scratching or water ingress.

11. For everyone's safety, be sure to close the main valve when the stove is not in use! ! !
