Second, commercial stove igniter DQ8 ignition high voltage line connection instructions

Two high-voltage ignition wires 800mm of the igniter are connected to the double-pin ignition needle for relative ignition, or one high-voltage ignition wire 800mm is connected to the ignition needle, and the other high-voltage ignition wire 800mm is connected to the furnace body, the ignition pin and the burner metal. The distance between the two is 5-6mm, and the ignition is discharged for the burner to form an ignition circuit. Ignition high-voltage line connection: The company strongly recommends that the customer use the dual-purpose ignition for the ignition needle. This kind of ignition effect is better. If the double-needle can only be used with a single needle because of the burner, one of the high-voltage output leads 800mm Connect the ceramic ignition needle, another high-voltage output lead 800mm must be fixed on the burner with screws. The distance between the ignition needle and the metal of the burner is 5-6mm. The ignition is discharged against the burner to form an ignition circuit. Note that it is not on the stove, it is not attached to the hob. If it is connected to the hob, the ignition circuit is very long. Moreover, the hob and the burner are not necessarily connected, so the ignition is cut off. In the loop, the igniter only uses half the power. Maybe you can hardly understand the truth at the same time. Maybe you will say that I have been connected in this way. It is very good. You just have to try it. So the igniter output high voltage line produced by our company is double long line. For a length of 800mm, refer to the igniter connection diagram below.

Third, commercial stove igniter – DQ8 working process

1. Turn on the 220V power switch and enter the standby state.

2, start the jog button switch, the igniter is ignited, and the fan or electromagnetic pump is activated at the same time. At this time, the burner gas valve can be turned on to ignite the combustible gas or the alcohol-based fuel, and the igniter automatically stops after 12 seconds of ignition. Enter normal combustion.

3. If you want to stop the stove work, first close the air valve, then turn off the 220V power switch.

Fourth, high frequency high energy igniter installation precautions

1. The installer must have an electrician installation qualification.

2. 2. The rated input voltage of this igniter is 220V 50HZ. A qualified leakage circuit breaker must be installed at the front end of the power supply. The metal casing of the cooker must be protected by a grounding wire. It is strictly forbidden to connect the metal casing with a neutral wire!

3. The control switch on the panel should use a bipolar power switch of not less than 5A/250V, and the igniter power cord is connected to the power switch.

4. 4. The igniter can be fixed or suspended in the lower space of the cooker, and high temperature radiation baking should be avoided.

5, 5. High-voltage line is connected to the ignition needle. It is recommended to use dual-ignition ignition mode. The discharge spacing of the ignition needle is 3-5mm. Try not to use the single-discharge method. If only one high-voltage line is connected to the ignition needle, the other high-voltage line must be reliably connected. On the metal body of the burner, it can not be easily connected to the metal casing of the cooker, which will bring many difficult problems!

6. 6. The length of the high-voltage line is “long enough and shortest”. It is better to separate the two lines by more than 3 cm, and keep a certain degree of drooping arc to facilitate the oil drop. The high-voltage line can not be extended continuously. The wiring is not allowed to be close to the iron frame and iron plate of the stove. Do not add all kinds of casings. Never use the two high-voltage wires to twist together to avoid high-frequency high-voltage leakage!
